Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a refund to your original payment method or a free replacement. No return is required, and we cover all related costs. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of confirmation. For refunds due to issues not caused by you, we also refund the corresponding express shipping fee.
For changes or cancellations, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Requests are subject to dispatch status.
For personal-preference concerns after dispatch, we offer a discount code for a future purchase rather than a refund or exchange, unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may keep the item.
